Mobile Events

 

Deposits and travel fees for private and mobile events are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We will however offer to reschedule your event for future date and time, or provide a full refund of your workshop fees (less the deposit and travel fees) if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to your event.  Your rebooking must be completed within sixty (60) days of the original scheduled date.

 

Pop-Up Events

 

Tickets for Pop-Up Events are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We have reserved the time and date especially for you; therefore, we have a 3-day (72 hour) cancellation policy. We will re-book you for a future time and date provided you cancel your spot at least 72 hours in advance.  Your rebooking must be completed within thirty (30) days.

 

Please consider we’ve reserved the time and date for you and it takes preparation.  Please arrive no later than thirty (30) minutes late.  We reserve the right to refuse service.  There will be no exceptions to our cancellation policy.   Thanks in advance for understanding.
