Shipping Policy​

At Twilight Candle Company all of our candles and home products are hand-poured to ensure the highest quality. We work diligently to process and ship every order in a timely manner.

 

Processing Time

​

Processing begins the day your order is placed and typically takes 3-4 business days, often sooner. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.

 

Shipping Methods

 

We ship via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days after shipping.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or encounter any issues with it, please contact us at info@twilightcandleco.com, and we will assist you promptly.

 

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times may be impacted by public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers may have limited operations. Normal services resume after the holidays.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect address details, or other unforeseen issues.

 

Address Changes

 

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@twilightcandleco.com or call (281) 410-8201. Once the package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.

 

Unexpected Delays

 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when packages take longer than the standard shipping times. If your package has not arrived within the 7-10 business day window, please reach out to us for assistance, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Damage During Transit

 

We take great care in packaging each order, but sometimes damages can occur during transit. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

 

If any items are damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item(s).

  2. Email us at info@twilightcandleco.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Include your first and last name and order number in the subject line.

 

We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. Please note that requests for refunds or exchanges due to damage will not be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.
