While we cannot guarantee that every order can be returned, replaced, or exchanged, we are dedicated to providing you with peace of mind. Damages
We take great care in packaging each order, but sometimes issues can occur during transit that are beyond our control. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery for any damage.
If you receive a damaged item, please take the following steps:

Take a photo of the damaged product.

Email us at info@twilightcandleco.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Include your first and last name and order number in the subject line.
Once we receive your email, we will promptly replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Please note: Requests for refunds or exchanges due to damage will not be accepted after 5 days from the date of delivery.
